PROJECT DEVELOPER – DAVID BERNSTEIN

Bernstein Development LLC David has been the principle of Bernstein Development since 2005 and has over 25 years of experience in real estate development and construction management. His experience includes residential, commercial and industrial projects.  Prior projects include single family homes, condominiums, biotech facilities, high rise residential, schools, hotels and waste water treatment facilities. He is an EnergyStar partner and is focusing on building sustainable energy efficient luxury homes.

David has a B.S. in Construction Administration from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a Master’s in Business Administration from Boston University. In addition, he is a LEED Accredited Professional designated by the U.S. Green Building Council.  David is a licensed Construction Supervisor.
